The problem with waiting so long to see Dr Who is that we moved to a smaller place and got rid of the sofa, so where can we hide when the Dalek appears?

hello! we meet again!. One day, young Kshander, I will bore you with my "losing a Cyberman in Pebblemill and scaring a 3 year old with a Dalek" story. Or perhaps I already have one Nano meeting......

ML'd
I am your friendly ML for a second year running, for my sins.

And yes the world really is that small. Dont get me started on wyvernfriend and grutok. (It involves electronics, my mother, and knitting)

Re: ML'd
Ah, had been going to ask what ML was. I assume it's nano regional thingy.

In case you're curious, I know kshandr through a mutual friend (the same one as I know silja through, connector?), but we haven't met for approx 10 yrs. kshandr, I know dubnordie through bookcrossing (her shelf, my shelf), haven't met for approx 10 days :-)

Re: ML'd
"ML" is Municipal Liasion. Person who gets all the goodies for the Nano people (still have some from last year young kshandr if you want some, since you never made it), goes to all the meetings etc. Basically, just another way of me being bossy!

Scary thought - technically I've known kshandr for longer than mollydot! (but have met the latter more often, and more recently!)

Re: ML'd
Perhaps I'm mixing you up with someone else. It was a long time ago!

Party in Stillorgan.... can't quite remember...
So don't know if TP (that person) is the reason I knew those people (better not use "TP" again). It quite likely was through TP.

Definitely remember meeting you at Gaelcon.

Oh well, let's just say Gaming and be done with it (and if you met TP through gaming it'll be true even if we did meet through him).

Alternatively, pop back to email so we can use names!

I won't take you up on that bet as I saw it last night. Unfortunately, I had seen spoilers, so it lost a lot and I wasn't at all worried about Rose. Actually, I wasn't worried about other people either, but I was wrong about that!

I found the cyberman a bit unnerving though.

Paul should valiantly defend you....

If it's the first episode where the dalek appears, it's just the best tv ever & not scarey.

The dalek episode not scary? what? The only episode even scarier was "Are you my mummy?".

Bloody great, especially the sheer manic-ness of yelling "Exterminate!!!!!".

Ta da!

I think I'll do a GIP.
