15:00 twitpic.com/12r30 - Island, waiting for unbroken hob. #

15:06 twitpic.com/12r57 - Fridge. They're changing the doors to face the other way as I tweet. #

15:13 twitpic.com/12r6v - New sink, new handles, nice bit of wood across the top of the doors/drawers. #

15:16 twitpic.com/12r7q - Power socket in side of island. #

15:37 twitpic.com/12rdv - We're not skimping on sockets. The other side of the island. Lower down to make space for drawers. #

15:47 twitpic.com/12rhm - Tea making corner. New socket for kettle. Fridge to left, sink to right. Press for tea & mugs above. #

15:50 The tea and mugs press is the only wall-hung cabinet in the whole kitchen. This kitchen is made of the purest light. #

15:54 twitpic.com/12rjm - Shiny new sink. This layout, with the tap near the outside, is hard to get. Need it because the window opens in. #

16:01 twitpic.com/12rlp - Another view of the pull-out counter. And the oven. And a bit of the bookshelves. #

16:25 twitpic.com/12rtp - Fridge with doors on a more useful direction. #

17:27 That's it for today's kitchen photos. To see it without cabinets and appliances: www.flickr.com/photos/mollydot/tags/kitchen #

ooh it's lovely! I love the pull-out table/counter thingy too, very handy!

It'll be finished when it's finished :-)

Since then, the hob has been fixed (though not installed) and the tap and sink wastes installed, though the outlet for the sink and most likely the dishwasher aren't plumbed yet.
