Elephant and Castle in Temple Bar? One of those in the area is good, I can't remember which. What's the other super-popular one there?

Elephant and Castle is v. good, yes. Tasty omelettes. Though my favourite brunch place is probably the Mermaid Cafe on Dame St., which does the nicest eggs florentine in Dublin. Odessa is pretty decent as well.

You can't book the E&C (though if you turn up when it opens you'll almost definitely get a table), you can book the other two.

Cafe Java (the one on South Anne St.) closed down a while ago.

(a fallback might be Sixty-Six, which looks more restauranty at first glance, but I've had actual breakfast there and enjoyed it)
