trying out peppermint tea. Not too bad.
Try out Yogi Tea's Licorice Egyptian Spice! It's the business!

Sounds weird! Where do you get it? Health food shops?

Yep. I don't know what made me buy it - I don't usually like licorice... It's lovely though. I was drinking a lot of green tea with spearmint but I've gone off it now.

I used to drink a fair amount of green tea, but I stopped for no reason. I may start again - I've given up dairy (for a while at least), so black tea isn't quite the same as it used to be.

It seems to be the case that one can OD on too much green tea and go off it completely! I had this same conversation with someone last week.

I'm drinking a lot of the Yogi tea range. I'm skeptical on the ayduveric (sp) or what ever it is aspect of them, but they do taste nice. Quite strong. I have a lot of the Choco tea as well as Bright Mood (hmmm) and Detox (a lot like the other licorice one).

Or possibly I had in restaurants too much and the stuff at home from the teabags just doesn't compare. Couldn't be arsed making proper tea.

Speaking of which, why do Marxists drink herbal tea? Because proper tea is theft. Boom tish.

I found that with green tea - I had it in Tunisia and loved it but hated all the stuff I tried at home. Then I discovered it's because the Tunisian stuff was spearmint and not peppermint. Twinings had a nice one, but I think I just had too much of it.

Oh, very funny... ;p

In London, I went to a Lebanese restaurant and a hummus restaurant. I had mint tea in both and they were very different. (The hummus restaurant one was nicer).

Thank yooooooou.

I'll be near Georges St tomorrow. Is Chai milky, or am I mixing it up with something else (chai latte, perhaps?).

Wot's Sencha?

Cool, ta.

I've looked up sencha. I have some too. I might try making tea with matcha sometime. I've had it a few times made by other people. It can be very strong, but I think there's different types.

What do you think of Lovely Man's teeny tiny jug?

BTW, where is the George's St tea place? Which side of the road, & near what?

No worries, the arcade is short enough that I can walk up and down both sides. I wouldn't have wanted to be walking up and down Georges St itself.

Found it. Bought a blend of green and white tea with peach and other stuff. Now. Do we have a teapot?
