knitting help
I know when you check your tension/gauge you use bigger needles if you've too many stitches/rows in the measurements given, and smaller needles if you've too few. What do you do if you've the right amount or slightly too many stitches, but not enough rows?

Thanks!

It's supposed to be Cthulhu, but I've been informed by the recipient of the card, who likes both Cthulhu, squid and octopuses, that it can't possibly be. No legs or wings. She says it's a squid.
It could also be a pacman ghost!
