bookcrossing catch-up
I seem to be having a bit of a anti-procrastination drive today. I'm finally journalling some of the BC books that have been lying around for a while. The semi-regular slow downs and errors on the site really don't help. I've got a small chunk done though.
I've also started gathering addresses for books to be sent out. Next to package and address them. I don't know when I'll make it to the post office, but having them ready to go would be a big help...
I've re-advertised one of my rings (Autobiography of a Geisha). I must go through the rest and see what else needs to be re-advertised or given a poke. I know I've a couple that I haven't sent to the first person yet. There's even one I got form someone else so that I could do the ring, and I haven't even journalled that I've got it. I'm not sure where it is now. I really must get more organised. Anyway, let me know if you want to join a ring: http://www.bookcrossing.com/mybookshelf/nut#ring
I usen't be this bad with BC stuff. I seem to have lost my bookcrossing motivation somewhere along the way. Things seems to have become must-dos, rather than fun.

it's horrible when that happens, I've had it happen myself a few times.

Why not come down to New Zealand in February and rejigg your BookCrossing ferver or should I say fever. Nothing like attending a convention to motivate you.

Well, depending on whether Zuchini can get a visa to stay longer, we may visit next year, but I think it would be a bit unfair on Lovely Man to drag him across the world and either abandon him or force BC on him.
I haven't been to any conventions. I'll think about the UK one - start a bit closer to home.
